Thank you for your interest in booking the Ukrainian Bandurist Chorus (UBC). Because our members reside across North America, we strongly recommend submitting inquiries at least one year in advance of your event.
The UBC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization supported through donations, recordings and merchandise sales, and concert fees. All performance requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. While full-ensemble performances remain the primary way we fulfill our mission as ambassadors of the bandura and Ukrainian culture, the UBC may occasionally appear in a smaller format known as the Kobzari Ensemble.
As a performing ensemble with a rich history and distinctive sound, our first consideration when evaluating a booking request is the venue. Preferred venues include established concert halls, churches, and cathedrals with natural acoustics, as these settings provide audiences with the fullest UBC concert experience.
